Confirming Appointments
Once we have scheduled an appointment, we will call you to confirm or send you an email confirmation.
If you are unable to attend your consultation on the scheduled date and time, please provide us with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. If we receive at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, you will be able to reschedule your appointment within 7 days.
Please note that photo identification must be presented prior to the consultation. The Law Society of Upper Canada requires that we have to verify the identity of our clients.
Remote Consultations and Video Conferencing
We understand how busy life can get. Now you can have a family lawyer or an immigration lawyer from Toronto in you office or living room anytime. If you do not live in downtown Toronto, or if you are unable to make an appointment because of work obligations, we can schedule your face-to-face appointment or consultation using Skype or any other video conferencing tool available.

These video legal consultations can be set for regular business hours or early morning and evening appointments. Best of all, these appointments can take place in the comfort and absolute privacy of your own home or business. We do not record Skype calls and offer you the same level of confidentiality that we would in a live meeting. As per Law Society of Upper Canada regulations, however, we will need you to scan, email or fax us a copy of your identification prior to your appointment.
Video streaming is free with Skype and all you need is to have broadband and a webcam. We do not charge additional fees for this service.
